We offer 24-hour care that focuses on emotional support, personal growth, academic achievement, and social development. Our services
APC House provides a safe, structured residential setting for youth with emotional and behavioral needs. We offer 24-hour care focused on emotional stabilization, therapeutic support, academic engagement, and life skills development in a calm, home-like environment. Youth attend their local school districts while receiving additional on-site support and consistent routines that promote stability and growth. Through trauma-informed care and trained staff, APC House partners with families and placement agencies to help youth build resilience and move forward with confidence.

Meet Our Founder: Tysion Smith
Executive Director
APC House was founded by Tysion Smith—an educator, instructional leader, and entrepreneur with a deep commitment to youth development and structured support systems.
With a background in education, leadership, and compliance-driven operations, Tysion created APC House to bridge the gap between supervision and true developmental care. Her vision was to create a residential program that combines structure, therapeutic support, life skills training, and accountability—while maintaining a warm, respectful environment where young people can rebuild trust and confidence.
